To contact ACS Support, whether it is to report a problem, or to ask a question, please submit your message via our online Support Ticket system. Our Support Ticket system not only allows you submit tickets, but also to post and view updates on tickets past and present.
If you are unable to login (for example if your Internet Connection is down), please fax us on 0871 223 4860. A faxable support form can be downloaded from here. Please note that tickets submitted via this website have priority over tickets reported via other methods.
Please note that ACS no longer accepts faults reported over the telephone.
